The Israeli military set off a large explosion in the southern Lebanese town of Mansouri on Monday, with Lebanon’s state news agency reporting that the blast was heard in the city of Tyre and several surrounding villages. Mansouri, located around nine kilometres south of Tyre and 10 kilometres north of Israel, and its surrounding areas have been subjected to several Israeli strikes and artillery shelling in recent weeks, despite a ceasefire that took effect in June.
