Venezuela sets up temporary housing , as death toll rises

Venezuelan National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez announced plans on Saturday to establish temporary housing for families displaced by last month's earthquakes, which have now killed at least 4,490 people. The government is allocating land for new homes and requesting access to national gold reserves and IMF funds for reconstruction efforts, as an estimated 50,000 people remain missing.
