Venezuela sets up temporary housing , as death toll rises

Venezuelan National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez announced Saturday the construction of temporary housing for families displaced by last month's earthquakes, which have killed at least 4,490 people. The government is seeking international financial resources, including Venezuela's gold reserves held by the Bank of England, to aid in reconstruction efforts and provide housing for an estimated 19,000 people still living in makeshift camps.
