Venezuela risks public health crisis as it struggles to cope with earthquakes' aftermath

As the death toll in Venezuela nears 2000 following back-to-back earthquakes, the aftershocks of the disaster are beginning to make themselves felt. Almost 60,000 buildings are thought to have been damaged or destroyed, while more than 10,000 have been injured leaving hospitals at breaking point.
