UK allocates £800,000 to protect Ukrainian heritage under 100 Year Partnership Agreement

The UK has allocated £800,000 to a joint programme with Ukraine aimed at preserving Ukrainian cultural heritage until 2029. This initiative, involving expertise exchange and training for Ukrainian specialists by Historic England, will begin with a project to restore historical photographs at the Taras Shevchenko National Museum in Kyiv.
