Three killed in Moscow restaurant explosion

A homemade bomb detonated at a Moscow restaurant on Kudrinskaya square around 20:00 local time, killing at least three people and injuring 15. Investigators stated a woman carrying the device was stopped by a security guard before the explosion, with both dying in the blast, and roads near the scene were briefly closed.
