A Finnish investigation is examining an agency, Brighter Future Way (BFW), suspected of defrauding around 350 students fleeing Myanmar's conflict by charging exorbitant fees for study and residence permits in Finland. Nineteen-year-old Ma Naw Phaw, who paid approximately 10,000 euros, had her residence permit rejected and lost contact with the agency founder, who has been arrested in Finland.
