Tehran condemns US attacks on Iranian commercial vessels
Iran’s foreign ministry has condemned a US attack on Iranian commercial vessels in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman on Saturday. In a statement, the ministry said the strikes were “a continuation of the US military aggression against Iran”, adding that it constituted a "clear violation" of a clause in the "United Nations Charter, a war crime, and an overt threat to international peace and the security of commercial shipping".
