Russia strike kills 21 as Ukraine says it needs more missile interceptors

Cross-border attacks continued, with a drone crashing into a Wildberries warehouse in Russia’s Tula region, injuring one person, and further strikes reported in Moscow and Krasnodar in preceding days. A video from Kherson showing a man apparently hunted by a drone drew Ukrainian outrage as a deliberate targeting of civilians, though both sides deny deliberately attacking civilians.
