The Lebanese army said Israel has violated the June framework agreement aimed at ending the war, disarming Hezbollah and a phased withdrawal of Israeli troops from southern Lebanon approximately 7,700 times. In a statement posted to social media on Wednesday, the army said that Israeli attacks have increased in recent days, killing at least 12 people in southern Lebanon's Kfar Reman and completely destroying 85 percent of homes in the town of Zawtar al-Gharbiyeh.
