IRGC says strikes destroyed Israeli northern command infrastructure Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Saturday said it achieved the strategic goals of the 45th phase of “Operation True Promise 4,” claiming strikes destroyed Israel’s northern command infrastructure and targeted a gathering place of American forces. The IRGC said the operation was carried out jointly with the Iranian army and Lebanon’s Hezbollah.
