Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy has again declared that "the Strait of Hormuz is closed, and the passage of ships of various nationalities through the strait is prohibited”, according to the official state-run IRNA news agency. “The consequence of ships violating Iranian regulations in the Strait of Hormuz is burning in the fire of trust of the American terrorist army,” the navy said, referring to a supertanker that caught fire in the strait after hitting a naval mine earlier.
