Hamas says Gaza seizure proposal violates ceasefire agreement
Hamas has criticised the US-backed “Board of Peace” for not responding to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcement that Israel intends to take control of about 70 percent of the Gaza Strip. Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasim said the proposal violates the ceasefire agreement and accused Israel of continuing efforts to displace Palestinians from Gaza.
