France to ramp up drone stocks by 400 percent to face Russia threat

France will sharply increase its stockpiles of explosive drones – by as much as 400 percent by 2030 – under sweeping new defence plans unveiled Wednesday. Paris is accelerating rearmament in response to what it sees as a growing threat from Russia.
