EU to propose new security meeting format for leaders including Ukraine

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen proposed creating a European Security Council involving the UK, Canada, Norway, and Ukraine. This initiative aims to address the escalating security risks on the continent and will be presented alongside a new EU security strategy designed to complement NATO's Article 4.
