EU opens negotiating clusters 2 and 3 in Ukraine's accession talks

The Council of the European Union opened negotiating clusters 2 (Internal Market) and 3 (Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth) in Ukraine's EU accession talks during an Intergovernmental Conference in Luxembourg.
