Centre of Beirut shocked after Israeli army strikes apartment block

Over 700,000 people have been displaced in Lebanon amid intense Israeli strikes, with nearly 600 having died since the start of the war. Although the capital has mostly been spared, it has suffered two strikes in its heart.
