Can Iran replace sea trade with land routes?

Iranian Economy Minister Ali Madanizadeh stated Iran should activate northern land routes to shift imports and exports away from southern ports due to a US-led maritime blockade. While Iran has multiple land corridors, their capacity and significantly higher costs present substantial obstacles to replacing the volume of sea trade, particularly for energy and containerized goods.
